Grapes are harvested at high sugar levels before raisining. Wild fermentation begins followed by fermentation with domestic yeasts. One month aging on fine lees.
Tasting notes:
A white wine with a strong body, rich in phenols and untypical flavours for the variety. Predominant are autumn flowers, yellow apple, moss, rosehip tea. Suitable for consumption during the colder months of the year in the company of Asian cuisine or spicy savory dishes
