Pale golden in colour with brilliant green reflections. The nose is elegant and expressive, revealing aromas of ripe pear, white peach, citrus zest and acacia blossom.
The palate is generous and beautifully balanced, offering a silky, creamy texture achieved through extended ageing on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. Vibrant acidity and delicate minerality enhance the wine's richness while preserving the distinctive character of the Dimyat grape. The finish is long, pure and refined, leaving lingering notes of ripe white fruit.
This wine has excellent ageing potential and will continue to develop gracefully in bottle over the next 3–5 years.
