Pale straw in colour with shimmering metallic reflections. The nose is vibrant and intensely aromatic, revealing layers of petunia, rose petals, elderflower, citrus zest and the delicate fragrance of a blooming summer garden.
The palate is fresh, expressive and remarkably well-balanced, offering surprising depth and a long, elegant finish. Extended ageing on fine Dimyat lees with regular bâtonnage lends a subtle creamy texture and additional complexity, beautifully complementing the wine's vibrant aromatics.
